Graham wheat is a new exciting feed wheat bred by Syngenta in France and further developed in New Zealand in conjunction with Cropmark seeds as head licensee.
Graham wheat is not just your average Graham - it excels in yields across all environments, has robust disease resistance and produces a big heavy grain that can fill any silo.
Agronomic Information:
Graham has stiff straw but is a moderately tall variety so will benefit from a moderate PGR program.
Graham has an excellent disease profile with stiff straw, low sprouting risk and early maturity. It can be sown from late march through till late June.
Ideal plant populations are March April 150 plants/m² for March, April sowings and 200 Plants/m² for May, June sowings.
